Small Talk:
In recent years, an increasing number of teachers in primary and secondary schools have been improving their professional skills through Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)..
Similarly, when many front-line teachers attend professional development workshops, they lean heavily toward highly practical content. They look for topics like teaching strategies, parent-teacher relations, classroom management, case handling, behavioral interventions, teaching skills, and hands-on practice—all with a strong focus on classroom realities.
Why is this the case?
The reason is simple. Education is a highly practical science. If we only talk about theory and ignore real-world practice, ,or merely recite textbooks and literature, it will always just be "paper talk". Such an approach simply cannot stand the test of a real classroom!
Therefore, workshops that only focus on theory without practical application simply can't win over the majority of teachers.
